About The S.P.A.R.K Program

TheVennedGroupLogo.png

Created by Kendra Johnson, Founder of The Venned Group the S.P.A.R.K. Team Training aims to provide a collaborative safe and supported space for established and/or emerging leaders to come together for self-reflection, growth, and constructive conversation.  Topics covered centre on current leadership practices tailored for the specific needs of the organization.

Individually and as a team, we will sharpen the skills necessary to navigate professionally through the organization, linearly or laterally. Participants will strengthen soft skills such as conflict resolution, supporting team members, identifying collective company culture and honing in on both management and communication styles.

The S.P.A.R.K Programme is founded on three pillars:

Connection - Understanding ourselves as leaders and our teams as individuals

Communication - Effectively communicating direction, alignment, feedback and knowledge

Commitment - Knowing how leaders and teams impact business goals, objectives & results

Understand Your Strengths With The S.P.A.R.K Assessment

Our proprietary S.P.A.R.K. Assessment©️ focuses on the 5 key pillars that influence a leaders behaviour, motivation, and communication.

Our assessment results highlight the strengths of an individual leader alongside the strengths of their peers. The competencies that this assessment focuses on is the way in which leaders:

  • Naturally manage their resources (internal & external)

  • Respond to feedback

  • Are motivated to exceed expectations and achieve excellence

  • Work and engage collaboratively with their team

  • Communicate their thoughts, ideas and directions to those around them

These results should be used as a guide to foster agility, adaptability and collaboration amongst diverse working and communication styles within teams.

Meet the S.P.A.R.K Team

Our philosophy revolves around the holistic development of soft skills, with a strong emphasis on the transformative power of communication.

Effective communication lays the foundation for all aspects of interaction, serving as the catalyst that strengthens and refines not just our soft skills, but our technical abilities as well.

We believe in the power of words. They inspire, motivate, and have the ability to create powerful narratives. But their true potential lies in their ability to bridge gaps - between individuals, teams, and visions. By mastering communication, we open doors to clearer understanding, streamlined workflow and deeper connections within the team.

We're passionate about creating an environment where every voice is heard, every idea is valued, and every team member is a critical link in the chain of success. Because when we speak the same language, we're unstoppable.
